Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email, please check junk/spam folder. If still no, please contact ask@cloud9.my to get the tracking number for your order. Click the below shipping method selected by you. If you are entitled for Free Express Shipping, you will receive tracking number from the carrier. Please check junk/spam folder.

 

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTES (applicable to International Posting):

  1. Please take note that the parcel might delay if it was unfortunately hold by custom for checking and review.
  2. Kindly allow 1 to 3 working days for tracking result to show.
  3. Your item is scanned at the airpot before it leaves the country. However, there are times your package may not be scanned at all at the hub.
  4. If your item is not scanned, it will show "Your Reference Number does not exist!"
  5. Please understand that this is beyond our control, we would advise you to track with your country's postal office after 1 to 2 weeks later to track your package.
  6. Guerisson.my do not held any responsible for any delay during the delivery time.
  7. When the item arrives at your country the item should be scanned and logged by your local postal office.
